Introducing our Zen Fit Yoga instructor. Damaris is a former dancer now an Aligned trained certified yoga instructor.
Her classes are located in Hornsby where you can come and get you're flow on and leave feeling more "Zen" whilst getting physically and mentally stronger
Yoga for all abilities offering Vinyasa/Power style yoga, meditations, Flow Fit (Pilates, HIIT and Yoga fusion) and CORE focused yoga classes with small intimate class sizes in a friendly, fun and safe environment.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves balance, flexibility , core strength, increases endurance, promotes mindfulness, reduces stress and much more. Vinyaysa classes for all abilities focusing on the breath as you flow through asana postures building strength, improving flexibility and balance.
Each class will have core focused exercises included and a brief meditation to start and end the class.
A fun HIIT workout combined with Yoga/Pilates in a fun fusion class! Combining high intensity interval training with yoga, you will build endurance, strength, stamina.
In these 30 minute express classes we will focus just on the CORE.
Build core strength and tone up mindfully!
