ABOUT US
Introducing our Zen Fit Yoga owner and teacher- Damaris is a former dancer now an Aligned trained certified yoga instructor.
Classes are located in a beautiful quiet and intimate private studio in Hornsby surrounded by greenery and lots of natural light where you can come and get your flow on and leave feeling more "Zen" whilst strengthening your connection of Mind, Body and Spirit through a passion for movement and self care.
Yoga for all abilities offering Vinyasa flow yoga, FLOW FIT (Mat Pilates/Yoga/HIIT Fusion) and CORE EXPRESS Classes with small intimate class sizes (Max 5 people) in a friendly, fun and safe environment.
OUR CLASSES
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyaysa classes for all abilities focusing on the breath as you flow through asana postures building strength, improving flexibility and balance.
Each class will have core focused exercises included and a brief meditation to start and end the class.
FIT FLOW
A fun fusion class where you will build heat with Yogalates (Yoga and Mat Pilates) for ALL abilities!
Using dumbells, resistance bands, and pilates balls you will build endurance, strength, and stamina and really get those endorphins flowing getting a total body workout.
Core Express
"Strong core, strong everything"
In these 30 minute express classes we will focus just on the CORE.
Build core strength and tone up mindfully!
Rest and Restore
Wind down from your day with this slow paced restorative class whilst you stretch your whole body out and leave feeling relaxed.
